Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within Australia

  • Zenox AU only provides delivery within Australia. For customers in Hong Kong and Macau, please visit zenoxstore.com; for Canada, please visit zenoxstore.ca for more information.
  • Shipping and delivery generally take 2-7 working days depending on location
  • We deliver using a range of couriers including but not limited to : TNT, Courier Please, Hunter Express, Fastway, Australia Post and other local couriers where appropriate.
  • Once order has been dispatched, you will receive an email  advising of the carrier and your order tracking number.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers due to the sizing of the products.

 

Refund Policy

  • If the product is found to be defective, exchange can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Please keep and show your proof of purchase (i.e. invoice, credit card records, etc.)
  • Products which have been used, stained or washed cannot be refunded
  • For products that have been purchased for more than 14 days, refunds will not be offered. Only maintenance and repair services will be available
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspection of the return goods
  • No refunds will be given for "change of mind".
  • All decisions by Zenox Australia Pty Ltd shall be final
